In this role, you will play a vital role in the production of innovative medical devices that enhance the quality of life for patients worldwide. Your hands-on expertise will directly contribute to the assembly process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sunday Night (3rd shift) 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM Monday
HS Diploma/GED NOT required

Pay rate: $ 17.50/hr

Responsibilities
Assemble components and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions
Conduct quality checks on assembled parts and final products to ensure they meet required standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Document assembly processes and any discrepancies encountered during production
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to uphold workplace safety
Participate in training sessions and continuously improve assembly techniques
Education:

Experience:
One (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
Has good attention to detail? Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.?

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
Occasionally the employee may be required to lift or move at least 50 pounds.
