You’ll work across departments, break down silos, and turn messy processes into clean claims. This is more than a billing job—it’s about elevating how healthcare organizations work and serve.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize end-to-end revenue cycle operations from pre-registration to final payment

• Track KPIs like denial rates and A/R aging, and design performance improvement strategies

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Revenue Integrity, HIM, and Patient Access

• Uncover inefficiencies through data, and build action plans that drive results

• Lead root cause analysis for recurring denials and delays

• Present insights to leadership and support strategic planning initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in revenue cycle management, hospital or health system experience preferred

• Deep knowledge of billing workflows, A/R reconciliation, and denial management

• Proficient in Excel, EMR systems (Epic, Cerner), and reporting platforms

• Clear communicator and problem-solver who can multitask and manage projects

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
