Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously in the service lane.
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Prepare detailed repair orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate vehicle status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
• Promote additional services and products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience as a service advisor or in customer service is a plus.
