EXPRESS LUBE TECHNICIAN
DEPARTMENT: Service
REPORTS TO: Service Manager / Shop Foreman
WAGE: $16.50 to $20.00 per hour
YOUR ROLE :
Be a Hero for Cars: Change vehicle oil and replace engine air filter, cabin filters, and perform essential maintenance.
Ensure Safety: Inspect and repair vehicles, from tire rotations to filter replacements.
Champion Quality: Utilize your sharp eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
Build Customer Loyalty: Impress customers with your professionalism and problem-solving abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education or experience in a related field
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS, Google Workspace
- Skills: Attention to detail, organizational prowess, problem-solving, excellent communication, and a strong commitment to ethics and diversity.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENT:
- From standing to lifting 30 pounds, your day will be as dynamic as the cars you'll be working on.
- Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, varying temperatures, and loud noise levels.
- Safety first! All tools required to perform your duties will be provided by the Dealership.
