### What You'll Do:
- Structure financing deals to optimize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct consultative interviews to understand customer financing needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Present transparent pricing and finance options to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ensure all financing transactions comply with state and federal regulations.
- Establish and exceed sales targets for finance and insurance products.
- Develop a deep understanding of available products to effectively educate and advocate for customers.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining compliance with company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

### What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or finance within the automotive industry.
- Previous management experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
- A proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.
