Job Description

LevelUp Consulting is a civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture consulting firm specializing in the land development industry. We are seeking a Project Manager capable of managing projects and training young staff. The applicant should be capable of designing residential projects including site layout, grading and drainage, and utility design.

Position Requirements

• Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project design and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications.
• Train younger engineering staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college.
• PE license in the State of Florida
• 4+ years experience designing land development projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work outside and perform site inspections at active and potential construction sites.
