In this role, you'll balance bold creativity with the brand's priorities, working closely with both internal teams and external collaborators to craft footwear that fuses worlds. From concept to execution, you'll shape every detail—construction, form, fit, and performance—while keeping cost, sustainability, and manufacturability in sharp focus. Your designs will not only be innovative and commercially viable but will also inspire and elevate, helping to drive the future of footwear. Responsibilities:You'll collaborate with some of the most innovative minds, external partners, internal designers, developers, product managers, and engineers. Bringing fresh ideas to life from brief to market. You'll align visions, refine concepts, and lead conversations that push boundaries. As a key voice in the creative process, you'll inspire both teams and communities, championing innovation at every step. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in product design or relevant design degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.8 plus years' experience designing and developing innovative footwear and other products.Knowledge of form, color, materials, human factors, related to elevating the consumer experience.Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives.Experience in technical footwear design - running design is a plus.Strong Photoshop, Illustrator skills.Must be able to build accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs).Cobbling and prototyping skills are a plus.3D design programs experience is a plus.Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills.Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.Must be able to generate a broad range of concepts and solutions for each project.Knowledge and experience with sustainable design and manufacturing are a plus.Experienced with presentation programs: Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.Positive personality and energy.Contribute and align to shared team culture and behaviors.Catalyst to make connections with other Design groups.Lead + drive partnerships beyond the Design function (Marketing, Engineering, Development, etc.)Motivated and hardworking about bringing others along.
