Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. 4–7 years of hands-on UX design experience. Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools. Experience working within Agile development environments. Strong ability to balance user needs with business objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement. Solid understanding of accessibility and usability principles. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $56.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
