Salary: $15.00 +TIPS

Valet Ambassador Hybrid position is a dynamic role that combines traditional responsibilities from a valet attendant with the troubleshooting skills of a Self-Park Customer Service Attendant. This individual plays a critical part in the day-to-day operations across the multiple facets of the operation by assisting customers at entry and exit lanes, parking vehicles when needed, and ensuring a seamless professional parking experience for all. The ideal candidate is flexible, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a valet setting and on foot in the parking garages.

Ambassador Needed: $15.00 per hour (plus tips if ever offered), Monday-Friday, full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days/8-hour shift), start time 11:00am/12:00am-end time7:00pm/8:00pm

*All Encore team members are eligible for benefits after 60 days of full-time employment (Medical/Dental/Optical) and PTO. Also, a 401K match after 1 year of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service

-Greet and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.

-Valet Park guest vehicles during peak times or when requested.

-Address customer concerns, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Valet Duties

-Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt and courteous manner.

-Maintain key control and Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document as necessary.

-Uphold cleanliness and organization of valet area and key control stations.

  • Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

-Valid drivers license with a clean driving record, must be over 18 years of for insurance purposes

-Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

-The ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.

  • Physical Requirements

-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

-Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.

-Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform light physical tasks (e.g., moving cones, directing traffic, placing out wind master signage).
