About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, ERM - Risk Cross Product Technology Strategy Business Analyst. This role is pivotal in the organization's Risk Data and Technology, focusing on leading technology change and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a strategy for user-enabled tooling that meets business needs and complies with regulatory requirements. They will also drive the consistency of product roadmaps to enhance integrated user journeys and simplify capabilities across risk. Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of risk reduction targets, developing a risk user-enablement technology strategy, and identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and technological automation. Applicants should have at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services, with a background in business analysis, strategy consulting, or process reengineering. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and persuade across diverse business environments, and a proven track record in stakeholder engagement. The candidate should be adept at leading change management and have experience with business intelligence tools. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred, and the individual should be capable of operating effectively in a complex, matrixed corporate setting.
