About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead its credit and risk management functions. The CRO will be tasked with developing and implementing a robust risk management program that aligns with the organization's growth and service objectives while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This includes overseeing the Senior Credit Risk Manager, developing credit risk management strategies, and supervising underwriting and loan review processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining a risk governance structure, leading the development of risk management policies, and promoting a risk-conscious culture within the organization. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a strong background in credit and risk management, with a focus on the banking industry.
