USBA is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, where you’ll use your communication skills to help individuals access state benefit programs while learning valuable sales techniques. We provide comprehensive training to support your growth and success in a sales-driven environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to educate potential customers about state benefit programs.
• Use your customer service skills to build rapport and explain program benefits clearly.
• Identify sales opportunities, handle objections, and guide customers toward informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed using our CRM system.
• Work toward and achieve sales targets in a structured, goal-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inform customers.
• A willingness to learn sales strategies and apply them effectively.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
