Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking an Order Picker / Packer to join their team. As a Order Picker / Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Order Picker / Packer

Location: Junction City, KS

Pay Range: $14.94/hr

Shifts Monday - Thursday 4am - 2:30pm OR 
Friday - Saturday & Sunday 5am - 5:30pm * Work 36 hours get paid for 40. 
What's the Job?

• Accurately load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Sort merchandise according to purchase orders (PO) and SKU.
• Use a radio frequency (RF) gun to locate and select merchandise for shipment.
• Pack single and multiple customer orders, ensuring correct shipping labels are applied.
• Sort product onto tilt trays for shipment to stores.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Basic math skills and ability to analyze data as required.
